HOW IT WORKS
The meal prep service is currently available to anyone based in Belfast, Greater Belfast Area, Lisburn and Banbridge. If you are a little bit further afield make sure to get in touch and I’ll see what can be done.
There will be 2 deliveries per week: Sunday evening/Monday morning and Wednesday evening/Thursday morning. Each delivery will provide food for the next 3 days.
Orders need to be placed by Saturday evening for the first delivery and Tuesday evening for the second delivery. After your initial consultation to determine calorie requirements, you’ll receive a weekly email with the menu for the week. To place orders you simply need to reply to this email which will be sent on Saturday morning and Tuesday morning with your order for the upcoming week.
